After payment: add your practice details, upload your counselling certificate and insurance, and your profile goes live once a person has checked them, usually within two working days. Payment locks your founding rate now.

If we cannot verify your documents: we tell you why, you get 14 days to fix it, and you are refunded in full automatically if it cannot be resolved, or after 30 days if documents never arrive. You take no risk by applying.
